Yesterday there was no ketchup even before the game started. Today there were no paper towels in the bathroom. There is at all times here at least one thing that's not available. My favorite was the lack of cold drinks on one of the most oppressively hot and humid days of the summer.
What will it take to get competent stadium services? I really hope that the new ownership cleans house on the administrative side.
