For those following tonight's game on computer.
Question: when you combine Tony Armas, Byung-Hyun Kim, and Coors Field do you get spontaneous combustion? We'll find out tonight because this game has the potential to be an extraordinarily high scoring game. Armas can't seem to get past the fifth inning, and Kim has an ERA over five. Neither team in an especially good hitting team, but that may not matter in this stadium against these pitchers.
Cristian Guzman starts again at shortstop, and Brandon Watson starts in left.
This is a game (and a series, for that matter) that the Nationals really need to win to stay competitive in the wild card race. They are now three games behind the Astros and a half-game behind the Phillies. The Nats don't have much of a margin of error for here on out, and they can't afford to lose a series to one of the worst teams in baseball.
